Met up w/ Bridget, and we went to go have lunch at the restaurant, The Oxo Tower http://www.oxotower.co.uk/indexIE.html. It has magnificent views (pics included). It started out as a lovely day, so we ate out on the terrace. We had champagne and wonderful appetizers. They obviously love Bridg, cuz they set us up w/ the great extras. It was just a fab meal, w/ great company and a great view. Unfortunately, it started to rain, and we had to go inside. I also got to take a tour of the kitchen where she works. Not sure how she does it. The kitchen is so small, and soooo hot! However, she does have cute co-workers so that may make it a little easier!! ;-)

We then went to the Tate Modern, and then to Westminster. There are 3,000 bodies buried there. It is quite an amazing historical place.
